To better understand our client, we conducted a social audit to create a bench mark of the Budweiser brand current social footprint

Conducted both Qualitative and Quantitative evaluation to find:

  1. How well does this account build the brand?

  2. Would I want to engage with a brand like this?

Qualitiative Analysis helped us find:

  1. Content observations

  2. Community engagement/management

  3. TOV/Brand Personality

Qualitiative Analysis helped us find:

  1. Fan/follower audience

  2. Average engagement per post

  3. Posting regularity

At the end we provided key take aways that would give both strategy and creative teams an understanding of:

  1. Where the brand currently stands

  2. Where there are opportunities for improvement
